摘 要:研究目的:百米定尺钢轨焊接基地是为实现我国铁路跨越式发展思路,满足国内建设快速客运网、城际客运铁路及既有线铁路提速改造的需要而出现的新事物,没有现行的设计手册、设计标准、设计规范可套用,拟通过对焊轨基地的生产工艺和功能特点的分析,完善百米定尺钢轨焊接基地的设计。研究结论:进行百米定尺钢轨焊接基地设计时应借鉴既有经验,对修建焊轨基地需要从全路路网的角度出发,进行合理论证,结合各方面因素进行综合考虑决策;焊轨基地的选址应以满足铁路枢纽规划为前提,尽量减少对环境的影响;在百米定尺钢轨焊轨基地平面布置设计时,应根据焊轨生产线的工艺流程,做到布置紧凑合理,各种生产作业互不干扰;对基地总体工艺布局的合理性还应该通过生产实践不断进行总结,为今后同类设计积累经验。Research purposes: Construction of the welded base for 100 m long steel rail is a new matter and it is for realizing the leaping development of the railway development in China and meeting the demands of construction of rapid railway passenger network and intercity railway and upgrading the existing railway line. The current design manual, design standard, and design specifications are unavailable for it. This research plans to perfect the design of the welded base for 100 m long steel rail through the analysis of production process and functional characteristics. Research conclusions :The existing experience should be learnt in the design and construction of the welded base for 100 m long steel rail. The reasonable verification should be made for construction of the welded base for 100 m long steel rail on consideration of the requirement of the railway network in China. The all factors should be taken into account when making decision. The site choice of the welded base should satisfy the demand of the railway network and reduce the influence on environment. The arrangement of welded base should satisfy the demands of the rail welding process of the production line, with a compact and reasonable arrangement and no interferences among the all production operations. The reasonableness of the overall arrangement of the welded base should be tested by real production so as to gain more experience for design of similar welded base.
