摘 要:研究了稀土含量对40Cr钢渗铝过程中催渗效果的影响,表明渗剂中添加稀土的最佳含量为4%,结合成分检测结果,提出了稀土催渗的渗铝模型。进一步研究发现,与渗铝层相比,稀土催渗渗铝层更为致密,过渡区与基体结合紧密,且显微硬度提高2倍左右,并对其机理进行了研究分析。The effect of RE content on the aluminizing process of 40Cr steel was studied.It has concluded that the optimal concentration of rare earth elements added in the aluminizing powder is 4% in forming a compact layer with best performance.A model of accelerated aluminizing by RE elements,based on EDS analysis,was proposed.Compared with the aluminizing without RE,addition of RE in the processing makes the layer more compact and adherent to the substrate with hardness 2 times higher than the former,and its mechanism was interpreted.
