摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病患者疗效的影响。方法将80例银屑病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,均给予窄谱中波紫外线照射及常规护理,干预组则同时建立治疗档案、心理干预、督促复诊、健康教育等干预措施。2个月后比较两组疗效及治疗依从性。结果干预组患者治疗依从性及治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论护理干预能提高患者治疗依从性,增强患者对疾病康复的信心,主动配合医护人员治疗,从而提高了治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention on patients with psoriasis treated by narrow band ultraviolet B.Methods Eighty patients with psoriasis were equally randomized into the intervention group and the control group.The patients in the intervention group were managed with nursing intervention beside narrow band ultraviolet B treatment,while those in the control group just with narrow band ultraviolet B treatment.After two months,a comparison was conducted between the two groups in terms of therapeutic effect and treatment compliance.Result The compliance rate and response rate in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（all P0.01）.Conclusions Nursing intervention can raise the therapeutic compliance and active cooperation of patients with psoriasis treated by narrow band ultraviolet B.It deserves further clinical applications.
