自冷式冰袋冷敷减轻外伤肿痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨减轻创伤骨科外伤肿患者痛的有效冷敷方法。方法选择骨折、关节及软组织损伤患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。观察组采用自冷式冰袋冷敷,对照组采用普通清水冰袋冷敷,观察并比较冷敷不同时段两组患者关节疼痛度、肿胀度及患者满意度情况。结果两组患者冷敷后不同时段疼痛程度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组冷敷后不同时段患处疼痛程度均低于对照组。两组患者冷敷不同时段肿胀度评分比较,除术后24h差异无统计学意义,术后48h及72h两组肿胀度评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组48h及72h肿胀度评分低于对照组。两组患者冷敷后满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者总体满意度高于对照组。结论自冷式冰袋的止痛、消肿效果优于普通清水冰袋,患者满意度高。Objective To study cold compress for mitigating traumatic swellings.Methods 110 patients with fractures or joint and soft tissue injuries were evenly randomized into the observation group and the control group：the former group was intervened with cold compress using automatic ice bag,while the latter using common ice bag.The pain,the swellings and the patients＇ satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups at different times.Results The degree of pain at different times in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.The degree of swellings in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control at hours 48 and 72 after operation.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The automatic ice bag is more effective in odynolysis and detumescence compared to the common one and it can achieve higher satisfaction rate.
