摘　　要：2007年下半年以来出现的国际金融市场动荡,次贷危机使我国船舶工业面临危机。对于中小型造船企业通过走适合自己的信息化道路,提高造船企业的整体竞争力,是度过危机的有效方法。首先分析了中小型造船企业主要面临的问题,随后提出一种适合于中小型造船企业的信息管理系统,然后在此基础上,对这个管理信息系统下的生产流程进行阐述。Since the second half of 2007 as an international financial market turbulence and sub-loan crisis, China＇s shipbuilding industry face severe crisis.For small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises, taking the information to suit their own path and to improve the overall competitiveness of the shipbuilding business,is an effective way to tide over the crisis.In this paper, it analysises the small and medium-sized shipbuilding main problems faced by enterprises firstly, then proposes an information management system suitable for small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprise, on the basis of this management information system it elaborates the Production process of making ship using the system.
