五味子木脂素类成分提取分离及抗肝炎作用

摘　　要：五味子为我国的传统中药,可收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心。现代植物化学和药理学研究表明其富含木脂素类成分,且该类成分具有降酶保肝、增强肝脏解毒功能等多种作用,有较好的临床应用价值和研发潜力。五味子的木脂素类成分的提取分离方法以及其抗肝炎作用的研究为五味子的开发提供理论依据。Schisamtra chinensis（ Turcz. ） Baill, one of our Chinese, traditional medicines, have the function of arresting discharge, benefiting qi, engendering liquid, tonifying kidney and .quieting the heart. Phytochemical investigations and pharmacological studies display that lignans are rich in this herb and they can lower related enzyme to protect the liver and enhance the liver＇s function of detoxication, showing good values in clinical application and potential development. The methods about the extraction and separation of lignans and the researches in their anti-hepatitis activity help to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Schisandra chinensis （ Turcz. ） Baill.
