摘　　要：应变和应变率是定量评价心肌功能的新指标,具有不易受周围心肌的牵拉和心脏整体运动的影响的优点。超声心动图技术是分析心肌应变和应变率重要的无创技术。各种超声技术分析心肌应变及应变率的原理互不相同,综合运用这些超声技术可以在各个方向对各部位的心肌从整体到局部进行应变和应变率的定量分析。Strain and strain rate are new indices for quantitative evaluation of myocardial function. These indices are not affected by the traction of muscles around and the cardiac motion. Echocardiography is one of the important non-invasive techniques which can analyze myocardial strain and strain rate. Different ultrasound technologies have different principle for analyzing myocardium strain and strain rate. Comprehensive use of various ultrasound technologies can quantitatively evaluate myncardium strain anti strain rate in all aspects.
