摘　　要：目的调查北海市3年临床血液使用情况,为今后做好无偿献血招募计划,临床科学合理用血提供依据。方法利用唐山现代血液管理系统软件统计北海市3年临床用血情况。结果血液成分使用呈逐年增长趋势。结论无偿献血招募计划逐年递增,使用过滤血细胞可减少输血不良反应。Objective The investigation on the clinical blood usage of Beihai city in the last three years provided basis for doing well in the recruitment plan of voluntary blood donor for future and scientific and rational clinical blood usage. Methods The software of Tangshan modern blood management system carryed out statistical blood usage for clinical of Beihai City in the last three years. Results The blood components usage was showing a growth trend by years. Conclusion The voluntary blood donor recruitment plan increased year by year, the use of blood components filteried leukocyte can reduce the adverse reactions to transfusion.
