摘　　要：目的分析未婚早孕药物流产者的年龄分布、心理、并发症,探索青少年女性生殖健康教育的途径。方法分析2007年1月至2008年1月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院门诊126例未婚早孕药物流产患者的资料,根据药物流产记录,进行汇总统计。结果最小年龄15岁,91.2%的父母不知情。药物流产后并发症占15.87%。结论家庭、学校、社会应加强早期生殖健康教育,以利于青少年女性身心健康。Objective To investigate the age distribution, psychology and complications among a sample of unmarried pregnant adolescent who receiving medical abortion treatment and explore the way of reproductive health education for female adolescents. Methods 126 eases in out-patient clinic during January 2007 to January 2008 were collected by the third hospitol affiliated to Qiqihaer Medical College, and according to the record of drug abortion, the data were analyzed. Results The youngest age of patients was 15 years,91.2% girls parents were unaware of their daughter abortion. There were 15.87% complications post medical abortion. Conclusion Early reproductive health education from both parents and formal sources should be enhanced to reduce sexual risk among adolescent girls to maintain their physical and mental health.
