摘 要:研究了3mm以下医用一次性牙钻工作部分(硬质合金)与柄部(合金钢)电容储能焊工艺。采用正交试验,分析了主要焊接工艺因素对直接反映焊接质量的关键指标——焊合率的影响规律,并得知焊接电压U和电容C是显著影响硬质合金电容储能焊接头质量的参数,以及优化后合理的工艺参数匹配;利用扫描电镜和XRD对接头结合界面的微观形貌和物相进行了分析。研究表明,电容储能焊可实现医用一次性牙钻工作部分与柄部的快速优质焊接,对提高医用一次性牙钻生产效率及焊接质量具有很大意义。The capacitor discharge welding process for welding medical one-off tooth drill's working part with it's petiole was studied in this paper,whose diameter was under 3 mm.The influence of the welded rate,that was the welding quality key parameter,directly influenced by the main welding process factors had been analyzed by means of the orthogonal experiment,it was found that the welding voltage U and capacity of capacitor C had significant influence on the joint quality of the cemented carbide capacitor discharge welding,the optimal parameter was U=1400~1500V,C=4000~4500μF,F=130N.The results showed that the microstructure of weld interface was influenced deeply,and the optimum parameter was one-off tooth drill's working part usually was made of cemented carbide and petiole was made of alloy steel.Meanwhile,the analysis about the microstructure and phrase of the joint interface was conducted by using SEM and XRD.The research had showed that the capacitor discharge welding process could realize fast and superior quality welding of the medical one-off tooth drill,having a significance to enhance the production efficiency of welding medical one-off tooth drill's working part with its petiole.
