摘 要:以Visual C++ 6.0作为开发平台,以Oracle 10g作为数据库管理系统,根据电阻点焊工艺设计特点和航空制造企业需求,开发出基于C/S模式的电阻点焊CAPP系统。该系统提供了3种电阻点焊工艺设计方法:通过查询已有工艺规程卡数据库确定工艺参数;通过系统提供的工艺设计向导进行工艺参数设计;通过用户人机交互进行工艺参数设计。系统实现了焊接工艺设计的智能化,加快了工艺设计速度和效率。By using the visual C++ 6.0 as development platform and oracle 10g as database management system,and based on the features of resistance spot welding process design and current situation of aviation manufacturers,the system requirements analysis and system designs were carried out,and the CAPP system for resistance spot welding was developed based on the Client/Server (C/S) structure.This system provided following three approaches to resistance spot welding process design:determining the process parameters by querying the existing welding process database;designs the process parameters through process design wizards provided by the system;carrying out the process parameters design via the human-computer interaction of the user.This system enabled the intelligent welding process,accelerating the speed and efficiency of the process design.
