摘 要:为了建立高炉热状态专家系统知识库,判断高炉热状态,阐明了知识库是高炉冶炼专家系统的核心和基础,介绍了高炉冶炼专家系统知识库的知识获取方法、知识表示方式和知识存储结构,探讨了高炉冶炼专家系统知识库的建立方法。在建立好的知识库的基础上构造了BP神经网络判断高炉热状态。离线测试结果表明,本系统建立的知识库对高炉热状态判断有很高的命中率。Aiming at building up of thermal state of blast furnace expert system knowledge base and determining the thermal state of blast furnace, a knowledge base which was the core and foundation of the smelting expert system for a blast furnace was pointed out. Then the knowledge acquisition, knowledge presentation as well as knowledge storage structure of the knowledge base were introduced. A way to build up a smelting expert system for blast furnace was discussed. The BP neural network structure was designed on knowledge base built up to determine the thermal state of blast furnace. Off-line test indicates that knowledge base built up in the system can improve the thermal state of the BF hitting rate.
