新设备新工艺新药剂在车河选厂的应用

摘　　要：在“七五”生产攻关期间 ,广州有色金属研究院经试验研究 ,将圆锥选矿机 ,新台浮工艺 ,水杨氧肟酸和 P86药剂 ,铅锌分离浮选前磨矿机中加石灰等新设备、新工艺和新药剂应用在生产上 ,完善了选矿工艺 ,提高了生产指标 .攻关后 ,锡、锌的回收率分别达 69.34 %和 4 5.56% ,较攻关前有大幅度的提高 ,同时降低了生产成本 ,减少了对环境的污染 ,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益 .During the period of tackling key problems in Chehe mineral processing plant(1 986～ 1 990 ) ,Guangzhou Research Institute of Non- Ferrous Metals applied new equipment and new reagents such as cone separator,table- flotation technique,salicylic hy- droxamic acid and P86,adding lime into the grinder before flotation of separating Pb from Zn, etc.in production to perfect the mineral processing technology and improve the production results.After that,the recovery of Sn and Zn attained to6 9.34% and45 .5 6 % ,respectively, which was a great improvement.Meantime,the production cost was reduced,the environ- mental pollution improved,and good economic benefit and social effect were obtained.
