广州某区警察的心理卫生现状分析

摘　　要：目的探讨广州市某区警察心理健康现状及影响因素。方法以团体测试方式,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对广州市某区警察评估,得有效问卷969份。结果广州市某区警察SCL-90各因子分均低于1986年全国常模,大多数低于1999年的全国常模;单因子分在3分以上比例较低,身高体重指数良好;婚姻、家庭类型、经济状态、从事警察的心态、是否经常轮值夜班以及自身的躯体疾病状态对心理健康有影响。结论广州市某区的警察基本素质良好,整体心理健康;调整从警态度,积极面对自身躯体情况以及经济状况等,有利于警察更好的工作。Objective To evaluate the memtal health status of policemen in a district in Guangzhou and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Self Checklist 90 Scale （SCL-90） was used to evaluate the memtal health status of the policemen in groups and 969 answer sheets were valid. Results Average scores of each subscale of SCL-90 among the policemen were lower than those of national norm in 1986 and most subscales of those were lower than national norm in 1999. The proportion of policemen who were rated 3 or above in any single subscale was small. The average index of height and weight were both excellent. Factors including marital status,type of family,economical condition,attitude to police career,whether or not on night shift duty,and personal physical conditon may influence the mental health status of the policemen. Conclusion The physical condition is excellent and the overall mental status is healthy among policemen in the surveyed district in Guangzhou. To help the policemen adjust their attitude to police career,and adapt themselves to their personal physical and economical condition can improve the work of policemen.
