摘  要:多丝大直径预应力钢绞线在张拉过程中经常断丝,主要有2方面原因:(1)生产过程中拉拔和捻制工序控制不当;(2)使用过程中用户操作不当和相关设施不匹配。解决方法:(1)生产时,单道次拉拔压缩率控制在13%~23%,拉丝模工作锥角控制在10°~14.5°,采用盐酸酸洗和中温中速磷化,杜绝使用潮湿的拉丝粉,使用智能型放线张力控制器控制捻制质量;(2)使用过程中采用正确的运输、装卸、储存、施工方法,并合理配置相关设施。The wire breaks often when multi-wire and big-diameter pre-stressed steel stranded wire is in the course of tension. Main reason is 2 aspects: the first is the control of wire drawing and laying procedure in production process is not proper, the second is the operation of customers is not proper and supporting facilities are not match in the course of use. Solving methods: while in production wire drawing single pass draught is controlled from 13% to 23% , wire drawing die working cone angle is controlled from 10°to 14.5°, to adopt hydrochloric acid pickling and medium temperature medium speed phosphating, to prevent the use of moist lubricant, to control laying quality by adopting intelligent pay-off tension controller. While in use, right transportation, loading and unloading, storage, construction methods are adopted, relative facilities are reasonable arranged.
