摘  要:以SiO_2为载体,分别制备了添加Zr,Mn及Ce助剂的三种钴基催化剂。通过反应装置上评价,含Zr助剂的催化剂反应活性和蜡产率最高。考察了不同温度,压力,空速对添加Zr助剂的催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明:随着温度升高,蜡产率先增加后减少;高压和低空速适合蜡的生成。SiO2 was used as supporters to prepare three Cobalt - based catalysts which were modified with Zr, Mn and Ce promoter. After experimenting on fix - bed reactor system, it was found that the catalysts with Zr promoter had best activity and highest yield of Fischer - Tropsch wax. The catalytic perfomance of Co/Zr/SiO2 catalysts was investigated in different operation conditions including temprature, pressure and gas hourly space velocity. The results showed that the yield of Fischer - Tropsch wax was high when experiment was operated at 200℃ - 210℃. High pressure and low gas hourly space velocity were propitious for the synthesis of wax.
