摘　　要：根据西气东输二线站场用钢的技术条件，首钢通过合理的成分设计和严格的控轧控冷工艺，成功开发出了具有良好低温韧性的大壁厚X80站场用钢热轧钢板。产品组织形态以针状铁素体为主，具有高强度、高韧性、低屈强比和良好的低温止裂韧性，产品制成的直缝埋弧焊钢管应用于西气东输二线站场工程。According to the technical specifications of the plate used for pump station of the 2nd West-East Pipeline Project , through reasonable composition design and strict TMCP process, the X80 heavy plate with good toughness at low temperature is developed. The main microstructure of the X80 heavy plate is acicular ferrite, which make the plate have high strength, high toughness, low ratio of Rt0. 5/Rm and good crack resistance property at low temperature. This X80 plate has been used to manufacture the LSAW pipe for the pump station of the 2nd West-East Pipeline Project.
