摘　　要：金融危机对我国的中小化工企业产生了深刻的影响,分析了在此背景下我院化工专业定岗实习受到的影响,并提出面对该影响拟采取的应对策略,对新形势下我院各专业开展定岗实习有一定的指导意义。Financial crisis had profound impact on the development of Chinese small ＆ medium - sized chemical industry. The effects on the professional practice of Chemical Technology in this background were analyzed. The countermeasures were gived to solve these problems. These were of certain guiding significance for the post practices of the other specialties in our college.
