摘　　要：针对常用的箱—方、椭圆—圆孔型系统，讨论了根据斯米尔诺夫和筱仓恒树宽展公式建立非线性方程组的方法，并导出孔型参数计算模型；还提出为修正孔型设计误差所需的辊缝调整量的计算方法，以及不同情况下的调整范围。This paper has discussed the methods to establish nonlinear equations based on spread mathematical model of V K Smirnov and T K Shinokura for flat square,oval round pass systems,and has deduced the calculation model of pass parameters In the paper,the calculation method of roll gap adjustment for pass design error compensation and adjustment range in different cases are presented too
