摘　　要：文章结合调查研究的统计数据,阐述武汉城市圈农民工返乡创业的基本情况,分析尚处于自发、起步阶段的武汉城市圈农民工在返乡创业过程中面临的主要问题及产生这些问题的原因,对促进武汉城市圈农民工返乡创业提出政策建议。This essay basing on the study of statistical data,illustrates the elementary situation of Wuhan City circle migrant workers who has return home to start business, and analyses the prime problems as well as the cause of these problems which this phenomenon bring, and aiming at these problems make some policy recommendations.
