摘　　要：农民政治权益是农民权益的重要组成部分。本文拟从强化保障农民政治权益的法治意识、完善保障农民政治权益的法律法规、健全表达农民政治权益的组织形式、拓宽农民政治参与的渠道途径、完善实施村民自治的制度体系、打牢支撑农民政治权益的经济基础和培育维护农民政治权益的政治文化等方面,对保障我国农民政治权益的法治路径进行探析。The Political Rights of peasants is an important part of peasants' rights and interests. This paper analyzes the legal path to protecting the political rights of Chinese peasants from the following aspects:strengthening the law awareness of safeguarding the Political Rights of peasants; improving the law and regulations; perfecting the organization form; broadening the channels for peasants' participating in politics,completing the system for the implementation of village autonomy; laying a solid economic base; and fostering the political culture.
