摘  要:相比于热喷涂工艺,近年发展起来的冷喷涂具有明显的优势,冷喷涂工艺可以实现低温状态下的金属涂层沉积,这种工艺过程对粉末粒子结构几乎无热影响,而对粒子的加速效果很好,金属材料沉积过程中的氧化可以忽略。本文介绍了冷喷涂技术的原理和特点,总结了冷喷涂技术在涂层沉积机制、工艺参数和涂层后期热处理三方面的最新研究进展。涂层与基体的界面结合以及涂层之间的粒子结合都是以机械结合为主,由此导致涂层与基体的结合强度不高。如何对冷喷涂涂层进行热处理,使其结合强度有所提高,已成为冷喷涂技术研究的一个新方向。The article is about evolution of the research processes on cold spraying technology. It is pointed out that a new research direction on cold spray. Compared with the thermal spraying, cold spraying has the obvious superiority, which has been developed in these years. The metal coating deposition could be obtained by cold spraying technology under the low temperature condition. There is nearly no heat effect that cold spraying process to the structure of the powder particles, but is quite helpful for the particles' acceleration without considering the oxidation in the process of metal material deposition. In this paper, the principle and features of cold gas spraying technology have been introduced. The up-to- date research progress about bonding mechanism, technological parameter and heat treatment have been summarized. The mechanical bond, which is the fundamental mode of the combination of the coating and basal body as well as the combination of particles in the coating, leads to the result that the bond strength between coating and the basal body is not high. How to deal with the coating by heat treatment and improve the bond strength becomes a new research direction of the cold gas spraying technology.
