摘　　要：在农民工市民化研究中,结构解释与文化解释构成了农民工行为分析的主要逻辑。但是,我国目前相关研究主要集中在结构解释范式之上,而对农民工自身的文化逻辑分析相对不足。通过对既有小农行动逻辑理论的分析可以看出,农民工在市民化进程中,遵照"安全第一"与理性选择原则,建构起了一种生存层面安全、经济技术层面安全以及社会文化价值层面安全三者统一的安全经济学。这为地方政府制度建构与制度过密化防范提供了切入点。Structural explanation and cultural explanation is the main logic to explain the action of migrant workers in the study on migrant workers＇ urbanization. In the current studies, the paradigm of structural explanation is applied mainly , and the analysis of cultural logic is neglected relatively. But, based on the analysis of the related theory, we can find that migrant workers have their security economics including the life security, economic and technological security and socity cultural value security according to the principle of ＂safety first＂ and rational choice in the process of migrant workers＇ urbanization. It provides a starting point for the system construction and avoidance the institutional involution.
