摘　　要：高职高专人才培养模式对有机化学实验教学提出了更高的要求.针对传统的有机化学实验教学中存在的缺点,探索有机化学实验的教学改革与实践,其中主要包括对实验教学内容、教学方法和考核评价体系等三方面的改革,旨在培养学生的创新和实践能力,大大提高有机化学实验课程的教学质量.Higher vocational colleges have set higher standard for organic chemistry experiment teaching. Aiming at the defects of conventional organic chemistry experiment teaching, this paper has explored the teaching reform and practice of organic chemistry experiment teaching, including reform in course content, teaching methods and examination system, as to cultivate students innovation and practice competence and improve the teaching quality.
