摘  要:采用一步法制备聚氨酯微孔弹性体材料,考察了聚醚组分中水分对聚氨酯微孔弹性体工艺、性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着聚醚组分中水分含量的增加,聚合反应乳白时间、凝胶时间延长;材料的硬度先略微升高,之后缓慢下降;材料的密度、挠曲模量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率均是先缓慢下降,之后下降显著;材料的发泡趋势更加明显,泡孔数增多,泡孔间距缩短。The effects of water content in polyether component on the process, properties and microstructure of polyurethane microcellular elastomers prepared by one-step method were studied. With the increasing of water content in polyether component, the results were obtained as follows.cream time and gelation time of polymerization were elongated; hardness of materials was first increased slightly then decreased slowly; density, flexural modulus, tensile strength and elongation at break of materials were first decreased slowly then decreased significantly. The blowing trends of materials were more obvious,the number of cells was more and the distance of cells was shorter.
