HMT增强丁苯橡胶力学性能的研究

摘　　要：通过对蒙脱土提纯,制得平均直径为2μm、蒙脱石质量分数为95%的片层状颗粒,经有机改性制得改性蒙脱土,并按m(环烃基油)∶m(改性蒙脱石)=3∶1的比例进行混合,制得橡胶增强剂——HMT。HMT增强丁苯橡胶实验结果表明,HMT最佳添加量为2～5份,丁苯橡胶的拉伸强度、定伸强度、撕裂强度等性能指标分别提高12.9%、4.6%、16.9%。Sheet-like montmorillonit（MMT） clay with average diameter of 2 μm was obtained by the purification of MMT clay, then modified MMT clay was prepared by the orgauic modification of MMT sheet. According to the ratio of m（organic） ： m（MMT clay）=3 ： 1,mixing modified MMT clay with organic impregnant, prepared the rubber intensifier HMT. Adding HMT into SBR, carried out rubber intensifying experiments. Experimental result showed that when the addition amount of HMT was 2-5 phr, tensile strength, tensile stress at 300%, and tear strength of SBR were increased by 12. 9%,4. 6% and 16. 9% respectively.
