摘 要:采用三元尼龙改性氯化聚乙烯(CPE),研究了尼龙用量对CPE共混胶加工性能和物理机械性能、稳定性、耐油性能的影响。结果表明:CPE和尼龙具有较好的相容性,随着尼龙用量的增加,CPE共混胶的强度以及模量大大提高,耐油及耐热性能亦明显改善,当尼龙用量为40份时,共混物获得较为优异的综合性能;此外,尼龙与CPE共混后可提高共混胶剪切粘度,改善其加工性能,扩大了其应用范围。The blends of chlorinated polyethylene and ternary nylon (nylon6/nylon66/nylon1010) were prepared. Moreover, the effects of nylon content on processing properties, mechanical properties, compatibility and oil-resistance, were also studied. The results showed that CPE and PA have excellent compatibility. The strength and modulus of blend were improved, and the blends could get better properties as the content of PA of 40phr. The shear viscosity of CPE was also increased by PA.
