摘 要:本研究把经济发展较快的沿海城市的员工作为研究对象,对城市快速发展中企业员工的工作应激现状及其影响因素进行了探析。研究结果表明企业员工的工作应激水平较高,有一半以上的人有中等及较高水平的工作应激,其中工作-家庭冲突、攻击行为及冲突、工作负荷、时间应激、个体健康行为、组织支持、工作环境、角色模糊、控制性和自主性及组织支持等因素对工作应激有显著的预测作用。The objective of this research is to explore the work stress-strain relationship in rapid developing costal cities. The valid samples are 3020 employees, most of which work in state-owned enterprises. The results of interviews and questionnaires showed that employees reported relatively high strain, and more than a half of the subjects reported middle or high-level work strain. Regression analysis restdts showed that following factors played a significant prediction role in work strain, which were work-family conflict, aggressive and conflict behavior, workload, time pressure, individual health maintenance behavior, organizational support and work condition.
