摘　　要：本文从维护国家粮食安全的高度,论述了发展粮食生产的重要性。坚持"江西作为国家粮食主产区的地位不能动摇、江西肩负国家粮食安全的责任不能动摇",是建设鄱阳湖生态经济区的重要战略思想。本文也论述了鄱阳湖流域粮食生产在全国的地位、潜力和目标,论证了通过提高单位面积产量和扩大播种面积等措施,经过7年左右的努力,在现有基础上,增产100亿斤粮食的目标是可以实现的,并提出了实现粮食可持续发展的主要政策措施。Based on the protection of the national food security, this paper states the significance of developing the food production. It is convinced that the idea of keeping Jiangxi as a main zone of food production and Jiangxi taking the responsibility for the national food security is an important strategic thought of building the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. This paper discusses the status, potentials and goals of the food production in Poyang Lake area and demonstrates that the goal of increasing the production by 10 billion jins in seven years could be reached by raising the outputs of unit areas and expanding sowing areas on the present basis. In addition, the paper formulates major policies and measures of realizing a sustainable food development.
