摘  要:设计并实现了基于电网调度自动化系统的全电网备用电源自投和过负荷联切功能的备用电源自投系统。该备用电源自投系统由电网调度自动化子系统、变电站监控子系统和备用电源自投子系统等3部分构成,共同实现全电网的备用电源自投和过负荷联切功能。该系统既降低了电网建设成本,又有效提高了电网供电可靠性和电网负荷的均衡分配。实际运行表明,该系统经济、简单、可靠,运行效果良好。A new auto-transfer system with functions of automatic transfer and overload cut in the whole power system based on the power dispatching automation system is designed and realized. This auto-transfer system consists of three parts, the power dispatching automation subsystem, the substation monitoring subsystem and the auto-transfer subsystem that jointly realize the automatic transfer function and overload cut function in the whole power system. The system can not only reduce the power network construction cost, but also enhance the reliability of power supply and ensure balanced dispatch of the power load. Actual operation results show that the system proposed is economical, simple and reliable with satisfactory operation effects.
