摘 要:运用多元遗传统计分析方法分析了10个二棱大麦品种11个性状的遗传关系,结果表明:亩穗数、穗长和单株穗数的变异系数较大,分别为23.81%、19.83%和18.64%,生育期的变异系数最小,为2.52%;小区产量与生育期成显著正相关,与单株粒重成极显著正相关;经主成分分析,前3个主成分对变异的累积贡献率达83.43%。性状间的这种相互关系反映了数量性状遗传的"一因多效"和"多因共效"特性及相关性状间的协同变异趋势。在品种选择上,首先应考虑生育期和单株粒重,同时结合株高、穗长、主穗粒数、主穗粒重等性状,综合考虑它们之间的平衡,优化栽培技术,以达到高产、优质的育种目标。Study on 11 main characters of 10 barly cuhive was conducted with multiple statistics analysis.The results indicated that some the coefficient of variation was more than others in ears per mu,,ear length,and number of spike per plant ,the coefficient of variation were 23.81%,19.83%and 18.6% o while coefficient of variation of stages was 2,52%;some correlation were found that it was significant correlation between yield and stages and grain weight per plant. We found that cumulative was 83.43% among the 3 Principal components by principal components analysis, those correlation of characters showed "a result of multi-effect" and "multi-effect in heritability of quantitative trail,we should take into account the stages and grain weight per plant,simuhaneit, plant hight , ear length, main grains per spike should be seletion, for breeding objective of high yield and good quality .
