摘  要:软件可靠性是基于执行时间或自然时间的度量,很少文献讨论软件可靠性测试与测试过程的关系,特别是测试效率与测试用例的定量关系。文章在基于J-M模型应用方法的基础上,考虑到可靠性测试过程产生的数据与可靠性度量的关系,提出对J-M模型进行补充假设,使得J-M模型的应用方法适应于测试过程,建立软件可靠性与测试用例的定量关系,从而实现对软件可靠性度量以及对测试效率的评价。Software reliability is based on the measurement of execution time or physical time, and few documents are focusing on the relation between software reliability test and test procedure, especially on the quantitative relation between test efficiency and test case. On the basis of applioation methods of J-M model and taking the relation between the data which was caused in the test procedure and reliability measurement into consideration, this text aims at the additions and hypotheses of J-M model in order to make the J-M model's application methods could be suitable for the test procedure and establish the relation between software reliability arid test case, thereby realize the evaluations of software reliability measurement and test efficiency.
