摘 要:根据四川省的地质环境特征和泥石流、滑坡灾害现状,将四川省泥石流分区和滑坡分区专题图与矿产资源规划开采区进行空间耦合,按照定量评价标准分别对每个规划开采分区赋值,进行矿产资源规划开采区泥石流和滑坡灾害危险度分析与预测,再采用多目标线性加权函数评价模型,进行危险度综合分析与预测。结果显示:30个规划开采区中,10个属于地质灾害极高度危险区,主要位于川西高山高原区、横断山区和盆周山区;11个属于地质灾害高度危险区,主要位于川南喀斯特区、川西高山高原区、横断山区和盆周山区;5个属于地质灾害中度危险区,主要位于川南喀斯特区、横断山区和川中丘陵区;4个属于地质灾害轻度危险区,主要位于川中丘陵区和川西高山高原区。评价结果对预防和控制矿区地质灾害有一定参考价值。Based on geological environmental characteristic and hazards of debris flows and landslide in Sichuan Province, the thematic maps for division of debris flows and landslide in Sichuan Province were coupled with driving schedule in the planned exploitation regions. The value was assigned to each planned mineral resource exploitation region in accordance with the quantitative analysis standard, and risk analysis and prediction were made for the disasters of debris flow and landslide in planned exploitation regions. The results showed there're 10, among 30 planned exploitation regions, being highly dangerous which are mostly within the western Sichuan plateau area, Hengduan mountainous area and surrounding basin mountainous area; 11 being dangerous which are within southern Sichuan karst area, western Sichuan high mountainous and plateau area, Hengduan mountainous area and surrounding basin mountainous area; 5 being moderate dangerous, which lie in southern Sichuan karst area, Hengduan mountainous area and Sichuan midland hilly area; 4 being slight dangerous, mostly in Sichuan hilly area and western Sichuan high mountainous and plateau area. These useful assessment conclusions had some reference value for preventing and controlling geologic hazards in exploitation regions.
