摘  要:针对酒钢磁选精矿的特性,对新型阳离子浮选药剂GE-609进行了铁矿反浮选脱硅的试验研究。结果表明:中和度为25%时,GE-609的选矿指标较好,且乙酸中和效果比盐酸中和效果好。Ca2+、Mg2+对GE-609的影响很微小。硬水条件下一粗一精四扫闭路试验获得了TFe品位61.83%、回收率93.47%的良好指标。GE-609对硬水有较好的适应性。Based on the mineral features of Jiusteel iron concentrate from magnetic separation, desilication experiments had been conducted by reverse flotation with a new cationic collector, GE -609. The results indicate that when the neutralization was 25%, a preferable separation index can be obtained with GE -609, and acetic acid showed better effect than hydrochloric acid in the neutralization of GE -609. Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ have little effect on the behavior of GE -609. For a closed-circuit test with one stage of roughing, one stage of concentration and four stages of scavenging, iron concentrate with a grade of 61.83% and a recovery of 93.47% can be obtained. The test was carried out in hard water, which testified that GE -609 possesses a good adaptability to hard water.
