摘　　要：利用红外光对云母纸进行厚度检测,根据云母纸对红外光的吸收特性,建立了相应的测试数学模型。结果表明,利用该模型所得的预测值与实际测试值之间误差较小,红外光检测法可应用于云母纸厚度的在线检测系统中。The thickness detection on mica paper was conducted by infrared ray. The corresponding detection mathematical model was built up according to mica paper＇s characteristics of absorbing infrared ray. The results showed that little error exists between the prediction values obtained by the model and the actual detection values. The infrared detection route can be applied to on-line inspection system for mica paper thickness.
