摘　　要：社会中介组织的健康发展,是促进社会结构调整、维护社会稳定的重要力量,而社会中介组织的发展,离不开经济的发展、政策的推动、管理的高效以及人员素质的提高。The healthy development of social intermediary organizations is an important force to promote the social structural adjustment and maintain social stability. As to social intermediary organizations, their development is inseparable from economic development, policy promotion,high efficiency of management, and staff quality improvement.
