摘　　要：本文通过对图书馆地方性法规、规章中经费相关内容的研究,总结出这些规定的三大贡献:在经费保障规定方面有明显进步;作出了完备的多渠道筹集公共图书馆资金的具体规定;文献资料购置费规定有不少新内容。还指出了这些规定的不足,并对今后图书馆立法作了关于经费规定的建议。In this paper, funds of local laws and regulations of the library was researched, summing up the three major contributions to these provisions：h has the obvious progress in the funds safeguard stipulation aspect; it has made the complete concrete provision of multi - channel collection Public library funds ; it has many new contents in the literature material purchase expense. It also has pointed out these stipulation insufficiency, and it has done to the library legislation about the funds stipulation suggestion.
