摘　　要：简要介绍了沃尼妙林的合成与发展,阐述了沃尼妙林的药物学、药理学以及毒理学特征,分析了沃尼妙林应用中存在的问题和未来研究趋势,以便兽医药科技工作者全面了解沃尼妙林,进而用以指导临床应用。The synthesis and development of valnemulin were summarized, and its pharmacy, pharmacology and toxicology were discussed in detail. The problems relating to clinical application and the research tendency of the drug in future were also analyzed in order to perfectly understand the valnemulin,and then to guide its clinical usage.
