摘  要:以NaCl–KCl作为熔剂,采用熔盐法首次合成了(0010)晶面择优取向的片状BaBi4Ti4O15粉体。研究了预烧温度及熔盐含量等因素对粉体显微形貌的影响,分析了这些因素对BaBi4Ti4O15粉体沿(0010)面取向生长的影响。结果表明:随着预烧温度的升高及时间的延长,颗粒粒径尺寸不断增加,(0010)衍射峰强度先增强后减弱。当熔盐与原料的质量比R≠1时,随熔盐含量增加颗粒粒径尺寸先增大后减小;当R=1时,1050℃预烧4h后得到的片状粉体呈(0010)面取向,粒径分布均匀,平均粒径约5.9μm,厚0.5μm。Plated-like BaBi4Ti4O15 powder with grain oriented growth along (0010) plane was synthesized by molten salt method using NaCl–KCl as flux. The effects of calcining temperature and mass ratio of salt to raw materials(R) on the micromorphology of BaBi4Ti4O15 powders and the growth of BaBi4Ti4O15 with (0010) plane oriented were investigated. The results show that the BaBi4Ti4O15 particle size increases and the intensity of (0010) plane first increases then lowers with the increasing of calcination temperature. The particle size first increases and then minishes when R≠1. The (0010) plane oriented BaBi4Ti4O15 powders with good micromorphologies are obtained when R = 1, after calcining at 1 050 ℃ for 4 h. The grain distributed uniformly has an average size of about 6 μm and a thickness of 0.5 μm.
