摘　　要：目的探讨双监视法解剖等长重建结合Rigidfix和Intrafix固定技术在腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带（ACL）中应用的可行性及近期疗效。方法对17例ACL损伤行关节镜下ACL重建术。采用双监视法解剖等长重建技术建立股骨胫骨隧道。股骨端用Rigidfix固定,胫骨端用Intrafix固定。结果17例均获随访,时间1218（14.18±2.19）个月。根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分,术前评分：25-66（46.76±14.79）分;术后1年评分：85-97（92.71±3.22）分（P〈0.01）。结论双监视法解剖等长重建结合Rigidfix和Intrafix固定技术应用在腘绳肌腱重建ACL中,具有定位准确、手术操作简便、固定牢固、疗效确切等优点。Objective To study the feasibility and short-term effects of femoral Rigidfix fixation and tibia Intrafix fixation with two-stakeout anatomy isometric technique in anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） reconstruction with quadruple hamstring tendon autograft.Methods Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction was carried out in 17 patients with ACL injuries by using the quadruple hamstring tendon autograft.17 patients used two-stakeout anatomy isometric technique to prepared method of the bone tunnels of the femur and the tibia.Quadruple hamstring tendon were fixed with femoral Rigidfix fixation and tibia Intrafix fixation.Results A follow-up check up was made in the 17 patients for 1218（14.18±2.19） months.The Lysholm scores improved from a preoperative score of 2566（46.76±14.79） to 8597（92.71±3.22） at follow-up.There were significant difference in the Lysholm scores between preoperative group and postoperative group（P〈0.01）.No postoperative complications such as synovitis and ligament rupture and movement restriction occurred.Conclusions Femoral Rigidfix fixation and tibia Intrafix fixation with two-stakeout anatomy isometric technique can be correct to prepare bone tunnels,simple operation,firm fixation and gives a satisfactory short-term results in arthroscopic reconstruction with quadruple hamstring tendon autograft.
