摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位经皮穿针内固定治疗肱骨近端NeerⅡ型骨折的疗效。方法C臂X线机透视下闭合复位克氏针经皮穿针内固定治疗肱骨近端NeerⅡ型骨折27例。结果27例均获得随访,时间315个月,无骨折不愈合、骨髓炎、肱骨头坏死等并发症。肩关节功能评估按Neer标准评分：优16例,良6例,可4例,差1例。结论闭合复位经皮穿针内固定治疗肱骨近端NeerⅡ型骨折,操作简单,创伤小,利于骨折愈合,医疗费用低,是治疗肱骨近端NeerⅡ型骨折的有效方法。Objective To investigate clinical results of percutaneous pinning in the treatment of Neer Ⅱ proximal humeral fractures.Methods 27 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with percutaneous pinning.Results All cases had been followed up,and the follow up period was from 3 to 15 months.There were no bone nonunion,osteomyelitis,and osteonecrosis of the humeral head.According to the Neer Shoulder Joint Standard Score,there were 16 cases of excellent results,6 good,4 fair and 1 poor.Conclusions Percutaneous pinning in the treatment of Neer Ⅱ proximal humeral fractures is an effective method,with simple manipulation and less interference of blood supply,lower cost,and benefiting for bone union.
