中国大学生就业问题的探索——从人力资本理论的视角

摘　　要：大学教育是人力资本投资的主要途径,并且是一种高成本高收益的人力资本投资,家庭、学校、政府和社会都要参与到这项投资活动中。但中国目前呈现出的大学生就业难的状况,无疑会影响到人们对大学生人力资本投资的信心和积极性。为此,本文在分析中国现有的大学生就业机制存在问题的基础上,借鉴美国促进大学生就业的一些有效经验,运用人力资本理论来探索中国大学生就业问题的出路。College education is not only a main way of human capital investment, but also a highcost and profitable investment, with the family, school, government and society all taking part in it. However, the present difficult situation of college students＇ employment in China undoubtedly affects people＇ s confidence and initiative for the human capital investment. So based on analyzing the problem of Chinese university students＇ employment mechanism and learning American experience in promoting students＇ employment, this paper tries to find a good way to solve the students＇ employment in terms of human capital theory.
