摘　　要：在消除增量式光电编码器抖动干扰原理的基础上，提出了提高计量精度的一种新方法，并给出了其原理电路。该计量方法的计量精度达到了极限。In this paper,a new method for improving estimating accuracy is put forward based on the technology of eliminating shaking interference of incremental opto-electric encoder.Its hardware circuit is also given.The estimating accuracy of the new method is raised to the most.
