摘 要:通过从二线原料备用过滤器F-2101进出口堵塞物构成开始,分析出堵塞物形成的过程是苯乙烯在低温下发生逐步聚合反应缓慢生成低聚物,然后由低聚物缓慢生成高聚物,最后缓慢生成聚苯乙烯,而堵塞物就是低聚物、高聚物、聚苯乙烯组成的混合物。提出要避免堵塞物生成可以从增加阻聚剂、降低原料温度、降低停留时间、杜绝停留时间等几个措施来加以解决,并付于实践,最后探索出同时降低原料温度和降低停留时间的方案是解决F-2101进出口堵塞问题的最佳方案。The reasons for the stems formation found in the inlet and outlet of feedstock stand-by filter F-2101 in processing line 2 were analyzed, starting from the stem formation. The stems are made of low-molecular polymer which is slowly produced at low temperature during polymerization reaction. These stems are ~,~adually turned into high-molecular polymer and then into polystyrene. They finally become a mixture of low-molecular polymer, high-molecular polymer and polystyrene. The formation of these stems can be avoided by adding polymerization inhibitor, by reducing feedstock temperature, or by shortening or ending residence time. Several solutions are suggested and put into practice. Now it is clear that the best solution to the inlet and outlet stem problem of filter F-2101 is to reduce both feedstock temperature and residence time simultaneously.
