碱渣废水换热器堵塞原因分析及处理

摘  要:对碱渣废水装置套管换热器堵塞原因进行了分析,指出引起堵塞的原因是原料碱渣中含有较多的长碳链组分,氧化后生成碳酸盐沉淀,沉淀物与腐蚀产物铁锈共同引起换热器堵塞。通过对垢样的分析及清洗试验,并结合装置实际,提出了采用单羟基羧酸、多羟基羧酸和缓蚀剂除垢,改进换热器管程弯管段的连接方式等措施。The causes for congestion of tube and shell heat exchanger in caustic sludge waste water plant were analyzed. It is pointed out that the heat exchanger clogging are caused by rust and corrosion sediments generated as a result of oxidation of the long carbon-chain components in caustic sludge feedstock. So the formula of single-hydroxy acid, muhi-hydroxy acid and corrosion inhibitor, the flange connection in the bending section of tube pass, and so on, are proposed to handle the heat exchanger congestion, based on scale sample analysis, on cleaning test results and on existing plant conditions.
