摘　　要：为实现精细化管理，广州石化ERP系统生产计划模块实现了生产订单细化管理，以订单归集生产装置成本。为使数据可以有效准确的集成，开发了物料与三剂数据管理系统和能源管理系统。上线以来取得了良好的经济效益。The production planning module of ERP was applied in collecting the production cost calculated on the production order assigned to each unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou during the implementation of refined management. In order to integrate the data and make them efficient and accurate, a system for managing data of material, catalyst, additive and solvent, and the other systems for managing data of energy, were developed. That is why the company has achieved good economic benefit since their operations.
