摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法,分析了当今高校体育教学发展过程中的不足。指出应坚持科学发展观"以人为本"的教育理念,推进高校体育教学。This paper analyzes the shortcomings of today＇s college physical education course and points out that we should insist on ＂people-oriented＂ to promote the college physical education and teaching.
