摘　　要：通过分析煤炭自燃机理、自燃倾向性及自燃条件,找出煤炭在铁路运输过程中发生自燃的原因,并针对以上原因,提出掌握煤炭的自燃倾向性和在堆场的储存时间、加强煤炭堆场管理及强化装车环节的质量控制等主要对策与措施,最后阐述了在铁路堆场和铁路运输过程中车辆发生自燃的应急处理方法。After analysis on mechanism,tendency and conditions of coal spontaneous combustion,the authors find out the causes for coal spontaneous combustion during railway transport and put forth countermeasures,e.g. controlling the tendency of coal spontaneous combustion and storage time at the stock dump,enhancing management of stock dump and improving quality control of car loading. Finally,the paper expounds the emergency treatment of coal spontaneous combustion at railway stock dump and during transport.
