摘　　要：通过优化施工方案,改进施工工艺,科学劳动组织管理,合理安排施工工序,安全高效地完成了板集煤矿主井箕斗装载硐室的施工。Through optimise the construction program, to improve the construction technology, with the scientific work, organization and management, to arrange the construction process reasonably, the construction of which the skip loading chamber in the main shaft of Banji Coal Mine has been completed safely and efficiently.
