环渤海经济带与东北亚经济圈的物流合作机制

摘　　要：全球化及区域经济一体化背景下,东北亚在物流领域合作的需求急剧上升。尤其面对当前全球金融危机,对东北亚区域的物流整合重组已迫在眉睫。环渤海经济带处于东北亚经济圈中心位置,其独特的物流资源成为加强东北亚国际物流开发合作的优势。在分析环渤海地区及东北亚区域的物流资源条件下,以当前东北亚的物流合作为基础,提出了东北亚物流合作机制,建设"一区、三枢纽、五通道"的东北亚区域物流中心。In the context of globalization and regional economic integration, the demand of the cooperation in logistics rises sharply in Northeast Asia. In particular, facing with the current global financial crisis, the restructuring of logistics in Northeast Asia has been imminent. Pan - Bobai Eco - belt lies in the center of Northeast Asia Economic Circle, and its unique resources become the advantage of strengthening the development and cooperation in Northeast Asia international logistics. This paper analyzed the Bohai Sea region and the Northeast Asia＇s logistics resources, and based on the current cooperation in logistics, proposed mechanisms of the cooperation, to build the Bohai economic zone as the logistics center of Northeast Asia, with the One zone, three hub, five - channel＇.
